I never received my order, what should I do?

Yes! We are currently working on more products behind the scenes so make sure to subscribe to our mailing list so you can be notified as soon as our next products launch!
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are shipped within 2 working days via Royal Mail 2nd class which takes 2-3 working days.
I received a damaged item, what should I do?
We're sorry to hear you received a faulty item, please email us at hello@paperlanternshop.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will resolve this for you as quickly as we can.
What is your return policy?
We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, in the rare case you are not, our policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have gone by after receiving your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. From the date of requesting a refund, you have a further 14 days to return your order to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and a re-saleable condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, your name, order number, date of your order, details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@paperlanternshop.com.
SALES ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@paperlanternshop.com.
Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the UK. However, keep your eyes peeled for worldwide shipping in the future!
